Rule of thirds and Symmetry



The picture above was a picture I took near a horse stables. Since the horse crossing sign is not directly in the center, but rather off to the side near the corner, this would be an example of a rule of thirds picture.




This picture is a example of symmetry. The line down the middle of the road divides it in half, making the road symmetrical.


This is another example of symmetry. If you put the Toms side by side and draw a line right down the middle its the same on both sides. Also in the light it creates an interesting cast shadow.



This last one is sort of an example of symmetry. There is wire on both sides. It more has a really good focal point with a blurry background.
